Toast ricepapers are dried ricepapers baked over a slow fire until it is inflated and crispy. When eating, dip it into water until it becomes soft, then roll it with boiled pork, steamed fish, green vegetables . . . very delicious. Ricepapers are made almost in every local area in Phu Yen, but there are three famous places to make this product which can be considered villages of this occupation: Hoa Da (An my commune, Tuy An district), Dong Binh (Hoa An commune, Phu Hoa district), Phuong Lua (Ngan Son hamlet, Chi Thanh townlet, Tuy An district). |
